About MVP Engineering
MVP was founded in April of 2004 by Miguel D. Vargas, P.E. After fifteen years of
experience in the civil engineering profession, Mr. Vargas saw the opportunity to realize the
dream of founding his own company. Having developed an extensive repertoire of technical,
communication and people skills the time was right to explore the engineering world as an
entrepreneur.
